Prowess Online Support Utilities

1. With your internet browser, visit http://www.prowess.com.au/downloads.htm

2. Under Useful Utilities, click Prowess Online Support Utility.



3a. If you are using Internet Explorer, select Save. We suggest saving this on the Desktop for easy access.



3b. If you are using Firefox/Opera/Netscape, select Save To Disk. We suggest saving this on the Desktop for easy access.



4. Close the Internet browser.

5. On the desktop, double click Pro_Support.exe. It will be the yellow icon with black letters inside.
